Quinta Maria Cortez is comprised of two historic Vallarta villas. Casa Tres Vidas, once operated as a separate property, is now seamlessly connected to Quinta Maria Cortez, offering guests the flexibility to reserve individual villas or a combination of both.

While villa rentals can be combined to accommodate larger groups, please note that shopping and private chef services are available at an additional cost.

• 150 (Beachside), Villa 149 Cassio (Deluxe Ocean View King), and Villas 147 & 148 (Standard Kings); the property has now been enhanced with the addition of a fifth Deluxe Ocean View room, elevating the guest experience even further.
