Choose your room at Quinta Maria Cortez

Our rooms and suites in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta, have individual layouts. The right choice depends on whether you want open-air living, a private terrace, two king beds or a room near the entrance. Compare the options below, then review each room’s photos and description before checking your dates.

Penthouses and open-air living

Luna Penthouse combines an air-conditioned king bedroom with open-air living, dining, kitchen and jacuzzi areas. Maximiliano Penthouse has an open-concept layout with a sitting area, dining area, kitchen and jetted tub. The two layouts are different: Luna has a separate bedroom, while Maximiliano is an open-concept suite.

Ocean views and outdoor space

For a king room with its own balcony, explore Agustina, Leonie, Sirena and Marquita. Marquita is on the highest floor. Diosa Mar has a large private terrace directly on the water, while Talula offers a private terrace with bay and city views.

Two king beds

Lonna and Tabitha each have two king beds and ocean views. Contact us to confirm the permitted occupancy and rate for your group; the number of beds alone does not determine a room’s guest limit.

Suites with a kitchen or kitchenette

Maria has an open-air living room and full kitchen. Guadalupe is a split-level suite with a kitchenette beside the beach. Rafael has a kitchenette and a terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. Review the individual descriptions for layout details.

Choosing with access in mind

Quinta Maria Cortez has multiple levels and stairs, with no elevator. Barbara is near the main entrance, and Hasi is described as an option for guests seeking fewer stairs. These descriptions do not establish step-free access. Tell us about your needs before booking so we can explain the full route to the room and shared facilities.

Otto is a queen room without an ocean view. If a sea view is essential to your stay, choose a room whose description explicitly includes one.
